We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant - Central Quote Desk to join our growing Service business, based in Mascot, NSW. Working within a customer-focused and highly motivated team, you will collaborate closely with our Service Business teams across Australia and New Zealand. You will play a key role in developing customer relationships, managing sales opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that support business growth.

What will you be doing?

- Acting as the point of contact for preparing and coordinating quotations through the Central Quote Desk

- Following up on leads and opportunities generated by our service and sales teams

- Understanding customer requirements and identifying opportunities to provide value-added solutions

- Preparing quotations, tenders and smaller project submissions, with proactive follow-up to secure business

- Building and maintaining solid relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

- Presenting and negotiating solutions with customers, including upselling service and digital offerings where appropriate





- Managing CRM activities and maintaining accurate customer and opportunity records

- Providing support to the wider sales team on selected sales-related matters

- Performing administration tasks and ensuring all records are updated accurately and in a timely manner

- Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and agreed individual KPIs

What are we looking for?

- A positive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering tailored solutions

- Previous experience in sales, internal sales, customer service, quoting or business development roles

- An enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering outstanding customer experiences

- Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills

- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities

- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand our products and services

- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

- A willingness to learn new technical and commercial skills

- Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce highly regarded
