We're looking for a Transport Coordinator to support the safe and reliable transport of school students with disability.

This is an opportunity to play an important role in supporting students and their families by coordinating transport services that help ensure children can travel safely to and from school each day. Working closely with schools, parents, drivers and government stakeholders,



you'll contribute to a service that makes a genuine difference in the community.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate daily transport runs to ensure students with disability travel safely and reliably to and from school
- Work closely with key stakeholders including the Department for Education, schools, parents and drivers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with contract requirements
- Prepare periodic reports and support audit activities
- Provide administrative support across the contract to ensure smooth service delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support service improvements and growth initiatives
- Conduct roll calls and other checks to support the safety and wellbeing of student passengers

About You

You're a caring, organised and accountable professional who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering excellent service and supporting positive outcomes for customers and the community.

You'll Bring

- A current Working With Children Check
- A current Police Check
- At least 2 years' experience in a transport coordination, administration or similar role
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Confidence using Teams and other workplace technology




- Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear emails, reports and correspondence
- The ability to maintain accurate records and manage information carefully
