Residential Manager - Relocation

You’ll lead with cultural knowledge and community connection at the front. Working alongside your senior clinicians, you’ll guide a team of nurses, personal carers and support staff. You’ll coach and develop them so they can deliver outstanding, values-based, person-centred care.

Main Duties

- Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical and care team.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the aged care service.
- Drive high standards of clinical governance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.




- Foster a culturally secure environment for residents and staff.
- Build strong relationships with the local community and stakeholders.
- Deliver care that deeply respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander traditions and culture.

Essentials

- Proven clinical leadership experience within residential aged care.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and compliance.
- Genuine experience and understanding of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
