About the role

You'll be out and about with our installation team, working in a variety of homes and commercial spaces, helping bring our clients' projects to life. It's a hands-on role that involves physical work, attention to detail and a willingness to get stuck in.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with the installation of curtains, blinds, shutters, awnings and other window furnishings.

- Working alongside experienced installers and learning different installation techniques.

- Using hand and power tools to measure, prepare, assemble and fit products.

- Loading, unloading and preparing products and equipment for installation.

- Helping troubleshoot installation challenges and find practical solutions.

- Taking care when working in clients' homes and maintaining a tidy, safe workspace.

- Contributing to the high standard of workmanship and customer service we're known for.

About you

- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in doing things properly.

- Is practical, mechanically minded and comfortable using tools.

- Enjoys hands-on work and learning current skills.

- Has good attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

- Works well with others and contributes positively to a team.

- Is friendly, respectful and professional when working with clients.

- Is comfortable with the physical demands of installation work.

- Holds a current driver's licence.

- Holds,



or is willing to obtain, a satisfactory National Police Check.

- Holds, or is willing to obtain, a current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP).
