1. Stella's Home & Gifts – Retail & Merchandising Assistants

Do you have a passion for beautiful homewares, giftware and creating inspiring retail displays?

Stella's Home & Gifts is our dedicated homewares and giftware department, offering an extensive range of gifts, home décor, kitchenware and lifestyle products.

We're looking for enthusiastic, creative and experienced retail assistants who take pride in presentation and genuinely enjoy helping customers.

What we're looking for:

- Previous retail experience is essential.

- Merchandising and visual display experience is highly desirable.

- A genuine passion for homewares, giftware and retail presentation.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- An eye for detail and the ability to create attractive product displays.

- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Flexible working arrangements are available for the right applicants.

2. Garden Centre – Retail & Customer Service Assistants

Enjoy working with people and being surrounded by plants and greenery?

Our garden centre offers an enormous range of plants, gardening products and accessories, with many of our plants grown right here on site.

We're looking for friendly,



energetic team members to assist customers and help keep our garden centre looking its best.

Your role will include:

- Providing friendly and helpful customer service.

- Assisting customers with plant and product enquiries.

- Restocking and maintaining plant displays.

- Ensuring retail areas are clean, organised and well presented.

- Working alongside our experienced garden centre team.

No previous plant knowledge is required! We provide in-house training to help you develop your knowledge and confidence. Previous plant or retail experience would be an advantage, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

3. Garden Pots & Water Features – Outdoor Retail Assistants

Prefer being outdoors and enjoy a more hands-on, active role?

Virginia Home & Garden is one of Australia's largest importers of garden pots, offering an incredible selection of plastic, ceramic, terracotta, clay, clay fibre, GRC and fibreglass pots, along with an extensive range of water features.

We're looking for motivated and physically capable team members to help manage and merchandise our impressive outdoor displays.

Your role will include:

- Assisting customers with garden pot and water feature enquiries.

- Restocking and merchandising our extensive pot displays.

- Maintaining attractive and organised outdoor retail areas.

- Handling and moving products safely, including large and heavy garden pots.

- Providing excellent customer service and product assistance.

This is a physically active position, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying busy and taking pride in creating impressive retail displays.
