Autoleague’s Essendon Fields Hub is looking for an organised and motivated Warranty Clerk to join our high-volume, multi-brand automotive operation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of brands including XPENG, Isuzu UTE, MG, OMODA JAECOO and ZEEKR, supporting warranty operations across both established manufacturers and some of the automotive industry's emerging names.

At the heart of this role is working closely with our OEM partners, ensuring warranty claims are accurate, compliant and processed efficiently in line with individual manufacturer requirements.

The Role

As our Warranty Clerk, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration and coordination of warranty claims across multiple brands, including:

- Processing warranty and goodwill claims accurately and within required timeframes.
- Ensuring claims meet individual OEM policies, procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
- Liaising directly with OEM representatives regarding warranty claims, requirements and policy decisions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturer representatives and internal service teams.
- Maintaining accurate warranty claim registers, records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinating the storage, tracking and return of warranty parts in line with manufacturer requirements.
- Maintaining warranty repair orders, correspondence, service information and technical documentation.
- Monitoring outstanding claims and following up to support timely processing and payment.
- Liaising with Service Managers and other internal stakeholders regarding warranty matters and claim outcomes.
- Ensuring reporting, claims, returns,



receipting and warranty processes are completed accurately and consistently.

About You

You will be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working across multiple brands, systems and manufacturer requirements.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Previous warranty experience within an automotive dealership environment, which is highly desirable.
- Automotive service, administration or dealership experience will also be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Confidence communicating with OEM representatives and internal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems and manufacturer platforms.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team setting.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
