As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a driven Contracts Administrator to come on board and build a long term career with them.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will work alongside a close knit project and site team to deliver commercial fitout and refurbishment projects across Canberra from early design stages through to practical completion. You will manage client relationships, control costs, drive procurement and make sure every project lands to a high standard. The pathway forward is clear, whether that is into Project Management or Contracts Manager, this business promotes from within and gives people the platform to get there.

DUTIES

- Budgeting and forecasting
- Variations management
- Procurement
- Programming
- Cost control
- Client management
- RFI management
- Service coordination

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Tertiary or trade qualification in a building related discipline preferred




- Experience as a Contracts Administrator, Site Administrator or Junior Project Manager
- Background in commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
- Solid and stable work history with previous employers
