About the role

Nascha Inc' is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our NDIS (SIL) and Community Care Services. This full-time role will manage a team of support workers, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional service delivery for our Service Users and Clients. As Team Leader, you will play a crucial part in enabling and enhancing our Service Users and Clients lives, promoting independence, participation, goal achievement and active involvement in their communities and activities of choice.

What you'll be doing

- Supervise and coordinate a team of support workers, allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching, mentoring and leadership.

- Ensure all NDIS, SIL, and community care services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting Service Users and Client needs within the requirements of the regulatory frameworks.

- Foster a positive team culture, promoting collaboration, supporting professional development of your staff, and managing performance, reviews and career progression.

- Liaise with Service Users and Clients, their families, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

- Lead proactive reporting to foster a culture of quality and safety in our service environments across risk identification and mitigation, incident management, and feedback and complaint management.

- Manage Service User and Client records, documentation, and reporting to maintain compliance with NDIS, government and regulatory agencies.

- Collaborate with the wider Nascha team to identify innovative approaches to service delivery and continuous improvement.

- Develop and implement effective team and service procedures and plans to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

What we're looking for

- Significant experience (3+ years) in a leadership or supervisory role within the disability, or community services sector.

- Thorough understanding of the NDIS, SIL environment, and community care service delivery, Quality Standards and Safety Frameworks with a proven track record of successful implementation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders

- Demonstrated skills in team leadership, performance management, and the development of high-performing, engaged teams

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as Aged Care, Disability Services, or Community Services is desirable.

- Current First Aid and CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
