North Ryde RSL is seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Foyer Receptionist to join our team on a part time basis. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

About the Role:

This position operates on a rotating roster, including a mix of day and night shifts, as well as weekend work. Flexibility is essential.

Candidates must be available to work all days, nights, and weekends to meet the demands of the rotating roster system.

We are looking for a candidate who can specifically work Weekend Nights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist members and guests in a warm and professional manner

- Manage enquiries, provide information, and direct visitors as needed

- Handle phone calls and general reception duties

- Maintain a clean and organised foyer area

- Assist with collecting glasses and clearing close by tables

- Support club operations and ensure excellent customer service at all times

About You:

- Friendly, approachable, and well-presented

- Previous reception experience is required





- A minimum of 1-2 years of reception experience is essential for this position

- Previous experience in a club environment is desirable

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable with a flexible availability (days, nights, and weekends)

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Essential Requirements

- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

- Current RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling)
