About the role

RDJones Group is seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to join our team in Port Noarlunga. This is a full-time position and a rare opportunity within our group.

As Gaming Manager, you will oversee all gaming operations, ensuring compliance with regulations whilst delivering and leading exceptional guest experience. This role is pivotal in driving growth, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive gaming environment that adheres to responsible gaming practices.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee daily gaming operations, including supervision of staff and the Jackpot Club system

- Deliver excellent customer service consistently, both personally and through your team

- Ensure compliance with all legislation, regulations, and licensing requirements

- Train and manage gaming staff

- Promote and enforce responsible gaming practices and harm minimisation measures

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Gaming Manager or similar role

- Sound knowledge of gaming operations, regulations, and compliance requirements in South Australia

- Strong understanding of AML/CTF requirements





- Clear and positive leadership style with the ability to build a strong team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse patrons and stakeholders

- Current RSG and RSA certificates

- A commitment to providing high-quality customer service and maintaining a safe, welcoming gaming workplace
