About the Role:

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Associate to be responsible for all sale associate job duties including generating leads to closing sales.

As a Sales Associate you are responsible for providing first-class service to our clients. In your role you will be provided mentorship from a lead agent to learn all aspects of real estate. You will be responsible for generating leads through prospecting, conducting Open for Inspections (OFIs), servicing buyer enquiries, attending auctions and assisting in presale preparation. To be successful in this role you will need to have a well rounded skillset with a focus on KPI delivery. This role provides a great entry level prospect for the right candidate to kick start their career in real estate.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Daily Prospecting including phone and door knocking to generate new leads.

- Servicing all parties by creating and nurturing strong relationships with them.





- Researching properties in market areas to build and maintain a database.

- Conducting open homes, private inspections and buyer inspections.

- Strong attention to detail which will enable accurate database management.

- Collating open home and buyer feedback.

Overall Responsibilities:

- Providing first class service standards through regular communication with our buyers and sellers.

- You will be required to make high volumes of cold and warm calls.

- Dealing with a wide range of buyer and seller enquiries.

- Lead generation through prospecting and complete some basic administration.

- Assist in any daily tasks as directed by lead sales agents.

- Manage presale activity for properties before they go live to the market.

- Attend photoshoots and assist with advertising properties for sale.

- Coordinate and prepare all direct mail drops.

- Assist with private inspections and open homes by opening and closing the homes for each inspection.

- Call back open home attendees for feedback and participate with all auction activities.

- Provide general operational support to your lead agent.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:

- Current Real Estate License or be willing to attain one.

- Current Driver’s License and your own reliable vehicle.
