Our client is looking for a Field Services Analyst who will be responsible for providing onsite IT support as well as being an advocate and the face of IT for their Sydney office.

The key focus of the role is to be responsible for delivering a high-quality digital workplace experience at site level, proactively improve end-user productivity, and act as a trusted advisor linking business operations with IT services.

The role will also be responsible for proactively identifying recurring issues to eliminate root causes and to drive site level service improvements.

- Must be able to travel to various to sites within the Sydney metropolitan area (full drivers licence required and pool car available)

Key Skills Required:

- Previous experience in Desktop Support / Field Service Support
- ITIL Foundation Certified,



or strong knowledge and experience of working in an ITIL environment
- Knowledge of emerging technology trends such as: Endpoint Management (e.g. Intune, Autopilot), Up-to-date Workplace (M365, Teams, OneDrive), Identity & access basics (Azure AD / Entra), Hardware lifecycle & asset management automation
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to quickly engage with change
- Ability to positively support and encourage others through change
- An excellent understanding of how technology can enable business process to drive business benefit.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
