Haleon ANZ is looking for an experienced Vendor Replenishment Planner to join our Sales team on a 12-month contract, supporting our partnership with Woolworths. As this is a contract opportunity, we are looking for someone who can bring their existing replenishment, forecasting experience to the role and quickly become an effective partner to both our Woolworths and internal Haleon teams.

About the Role

As a Vendor Replenishment Planner supporting Woolworths, you will be an important link between Haleon and the Woolworths replenishment team, helping to ensure replenishment activities are executed effectively, inventory levels are optimised and agreed customer plans are delivered.

Working collaboratively across Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and customer teams, you’ll use data and insights to support forecasting and replenishment decisions, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and help drive strong service and availability outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage replenishment and inventory performance to support service, availability and stock targets.

- Collaborate with Woolworths and internal stakeholders on forecasting and replenishment requirements.

- Analyse sales, forecast and inventory data to identify trends,



opportunities and potential supply risks.

- Support promotional planning, including stock requirements and pre- and post-promotion performance analysis.

- Monitor stock availability, inbound supply and distribution centre inventory levels.

- Prepare reports, dashboards and scorecards, translating data into clear and actionable insights.

- Partner with Woolworths replenishment teams, Haleon Business Managers and Supply Chain stakeholders to support operational performance.

- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities across replenishment, availability and supply chain processes.

What You’ll Bring

- Demonstrated experience in replenishment, forecasting, inventory management or supply chain planning.

- The ability to quickly understand customer requirements, systems and ways of working and contribute effectively from the outset.

- Strong analytical capability and proficiency in Excel.

- The confidence to interpret data, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend practical actions.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across customer and internal teams.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- A proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach.

- Experience within FMCG or large-scale retail environments would be highly regarded.
