The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a global leader in medical aesthetics, representing premium injectable and dermal filler solutions. Based in South Perth, Western Australia, this position will cover all of WA.

This is a fast-paced, results-oriented sales position focused on building recent business, expanding market share, and maximising revenue growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve KPI’s sales targets.

- Manage and grow existing customer relationships within your assigned territory.

- Conduct in-clinic product education, training coordination, and business development meetings.

- Develop strategic territory plans aligned with company objectives to increase product adoption and market share.

- Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager and Marketing, Clinical, and Customer Service.





- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all customer interactions are captured and reported.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of proven sales experience within injectables, medical aesthetics, or skincare.

- Strong relationship management and communication skills with a consultative, client-first approach.

- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a passion for aesthetics.

- Previous experience working with clinics, nurses, or injectors will be highly regarded.

- Confident, credible, and commercially astute in engaging with key opinion leaders and clinic owners.

- Proactive and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Excellent business etiquette, relationship-building skills, and attention to detail.

- Willingness to travel regularly within WA territory.

- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
