Addesso is a doctor-led skin and aesthetics clinic in Townsville, offering medical-grade treatments in a calm, luxury setting. We pride ourselves on exceptional client care, from the moment someone calls us to the moment they leave glowing. We’re looking for a warm, organised Receptionist to be the first face (and voice) of our clinic.

About the role

This is a casual position with a possibility to progress to part time or fulltime. You’ll be the heart of the front desk, keeping the clinic running smoothly so our clinicians can focus on treatments.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Opening the clinic each morning and preparing reception for the day

- Greeting clients warmly and checking them in for appointments

- Answering phone calls, emails and social media enquiries professionally

- Booking, confirming and rescheduling appointments

- Processing payments and putting through invoices accurately

- Selling and processing gift voucher purchases





- Recommending and selling skincare products

- Keeping reception and retail areas clean, stocked and well presented

- General administration and supporting the clinical team as needed

About you

- Previous reception or customer service experience (clinic, salon, spa or hospitality is a bonus)

- Friendly, polished and confident with clients

- Organised, reliable and great with detail, especially with payments and invoicing

- Comfortable using booking software and POS systems (training provided)

- A genuine interest in skin, beauty or wellness

- Availability for Saturday
