About the Role

Supporting our Unanderra PDI facility, we are seeking experienced Pre-Delivery Technicians/Accessory Fitters to join our team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assemble and prepare recent Toyota forklifts and material handling equipment for delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-delivery inspections and quality checks
- Install accessories and customer-specific options
- Complete mechanical, electrical and safety inspections
- Test operate equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications
- Complete PDI documentation and workshop records
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and workplace safety
- Work collaboratively with service, sales and operations teams to meet delivery deadlines

Qualifications, Requirements & Skills:

- Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic). Would consider mechanically motivated person.
- Ability to read and interpret service manuals and assembly instructions
- Previous experience within the forklift industry or similar in an associated industry (desired.)

Can Demonstrate:

- Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
- Knowledge and experience as a Pre-Delivery Technician/Accessory Fitter
- Good time management skills with the ability to work independently.




- Previous experience in a similar role in an associated industry.
