Chotto Matte is opening its first Australian venue at Bondi Beach and seeks wait staff to join the opening floor team. You'll deliver warm, polished, high-energy service across a premium setting, guiding guests through dishes and cocktails while collaborating with bar and kitchen staff.

Ideal candidates have experience in busy restaurants, a love for hospitality, and availability for nights, weekends and holidays. NSW RSA is required or willingness to obtain it before starting.
