Pilloni Restaurant in West End, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced cook to join the grill section as Chef de Partie, with open-fire capabilities and passion for meat, seafood and vegetables.

We are also recruiting a fast and clean Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand for hourly work, currently 20 hours per week with potential to grow. Open kitchen environment and learning recent techniques encouraged.
