Portmans is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Perth (Karringup) to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional service and achieving KPI targets. The role requires weekend, late-night, and public holiday availability in a rapid-paced fashion retail environment.

You will coach the team, manage daily operations including stock control and store presentation, and step in for Store Manager duties when needed. Portmans offers development opportunities and a structured training plan.
