Great Southland Bullion (GSB) is looking for full-time Mandarin-speaking Retail Sales Associates to join our GSB stores in Victoria.

You'll help customers sell their unwanted gold and silver (jewellery, bullion, etc.) as well as guide and support customers in buying gold and silver bullion.

No precious metals experience is required - we provide full, industry-leading training. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in customer relationships, and want to build a career in a specialised and trusted industry, we'd like to hear from you.

About You :

You are professional, confident and customer-focused, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport. You take pride in your presentation, communicate clearly and bring integrity, accuracy and attention to detail to your work.

Experience in sales, customer service, retail or marketing is highly regarded.

Position Summary :

Based at our Chadstone, Glen Waverly and Box Hill

- Assist customers buying and selling gold and silver
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Assess and test precious metals using industry-leading technology
- Process transactions accurately and securely
- Promote GSB’s products and services
- Build robust customer relationships




- Follow GSB’s operational, compliance and security procedures

Key Requirements :

- Must speak Mandarin
- Access to reliable personal transport
- Flexibility and willingness to work across our 3 locations - Chadstone, Glen Waverley and Box Hill
- Professionalism and personal pride in presentation
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to show genuine empathy
- Confidence, clarity, and discretion in communication
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A commitment to ethical conduct and trust-building
- The ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base

Job Responsibility :

- Support customers in selling their gold and silver to GSB (jewellery, bullion, etc.) - and in certain locations to support them in buying bullion.
- Provide informed, confident guidance based on market knowledge
- Focus on marketing and promoting the business
- Handle transactions with care, accuracy, and professionalism
- Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every customer
