The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hobart is seeking a reliable Kitchen Steward to join our Culinary team. You will help maintain a clean, protected, and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring our chefs have the equipment and support they need to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Work closely with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to maintain cleanliness across kitchen and back-of-house areas, operate dishwashing equipment, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
