Care Management System in Strathfield NSW is seeking a qualified male Support Worker to assist a male NDIS participant. Immediate start available.

Shifts are required every day (Mon–Sun), approximately 8–9 hours per day, with a focus on reliability, dignity and skilled conduct in all interactions.

Mandatory checks include NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, First Aid & CPR, and a valid driver’s licence; a reliable vehicle is preferred.
