Pay: $41.74 to $43.00 per hour - depending on qualifications and experience + Educational Leader allowance of $2.81 per hour

As an Educational Leader atGoodstart,you'llcollaborate with Educators in your centre toobserve, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.You'lldeepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team,you'lllead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Cowandilla:

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre in Cowandilla opened in 2020. Our newly constructed centre features six separate, naturally inspired learning spaces, each with direct access to our landscaped designed outdoor workplace providing children with the opportunity to move freely between the indoor and outdoor. Our environments have been specifically designed to engage, challenge and excite the children throughout all of their developmental stages.

We provide high quality education and care for 96 children per day aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
