McLean Care, now part of Respect, seeks a Personal Care Assistant for Inverell, NSW. The role supports residents with personal care, daily living needs and meaningful day-to-day activities in a caring aged care workplace, on casual morning, afternoon or overnight shifts.

You will join a supportive care team and work under the guidance of the senior clinical team to deliver high-quality care aligned with not-for-profit values.
