We're seeking someone who can confidently contribute to day-to-day kitchen operations, work efficiently during busy services and maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene. The position will initially offer approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional shifts depending on business needs.

About you

- Previous experience working in a professional restaurant kitchen
- Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent reliability
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team




- Positive communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience working on a grill section (highly regarded)
- Experience preparing and cooking wood-fired pizzas (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in Italian or Mediterranean restaurants (highly regarded)
- Currently reside in Sydney
- Casual employment with award-based rates
- Casual Level 3 to Level 5, depending on the duties and responsibilities of the role
- Approximately 20 hours per week to start
- Opportunity to work in an established, quality-focused Italian restaurant
