Balgowlah RSL Memorial Club in Sydney is seeking a kitchen assistant with at least 1 year in a similar role and positive communication and attention to detail. You will work mainly evening shifts, 15-20 hours per week, contributing to food preparation and service.

Responsibilities include assisting with kitchen operations, following recipes, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, managing stock, minimizing wastage, and coordinating with senior chefs and staff.
