Logan Hospital is expanding its pharmacy services as part of Stage 2. The Advanced Pharmacist – Project Officer will lead service planning, redesign and implementation, working with pharmacy leaders and the project team to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.

You will research new models of care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress, manage risks and report to senior leaders, supporting change management in a complex health workplace.
