Gate Gourmet, a global leader in airline catering, seeks an energetic Food Assembly Manager to lead the Melbourne Airport food assembly operation in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace. You will drive Lean initiatives, coach frontline teams, and ensure safety, quality and on-time dispatch to multiple airline clients.

You will work hands-on on the floor, champion continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize throughput, reduce waste and uphold stringent food safety
