The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner – Regional Complex Care to lead high‑quality, specialised acute and disability services across the regional network. This role focuses on complex case management, workforce development and strategic service planning.

You will provide expert clinical leadership, oversee discharge planning and contribute to education, research and ongoing model of care improvements, while advancing patient outcomes
