The City of Greater Geelong seeks a ServiceNow Specialist to design, develop and deploy scalable solutions across ITSM, HRSD and procurement operations. You will configure modules, build automation, and lead custom app development on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work with a cross-functional team, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and contribute to system integrations using REST/SOAP. A tertiary qualification in computer science is required, with robust IT service management experience.
