Optimal Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Factory Supervisor for a Sydney-based print and signage supplier. You will run the production floor daily, keep jobs on time and safe, and lead a small team of permanent and casual staff. This role requires strong planning, a proactive mindset, and a focus on WHS and continuous improvement.

Work hours start early, Monday to Friday, in office in the Northern Beaches area, with a friendly, supportive team and varied retail client work.
