IFYS in Rockhampton is seeking Casual Residential Youth Workers to provide a protected, therapeutic living environment for children and young people in Residential Care houses. You will help manage behaviours, plan activities, and support life-skill development through daily routines and structured activities.

The role requires a valid Blue Card, a QLD driver’s licence, two references, and a Certificate IV or higher in a relevant field, with availability across day/evening/shifts.
