Community Housing Ltd (CHL) is seeking a Responsive Maintenance Officer to support secure, well-maintained homes. You will oversee responsive and vacated maintenance, liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders, and help apply CHL asset policies and standards.

The role emphasises practical, customer-focused service delivery, strong organisational skills, and a data-driven approach. A current driver’s licence and White Card are required, with pre-employment checks including Police and Working
