About Our Client

Glencore is one of the world’s largest mining and resource companies, operating sites across Queensland and Australia. Hail Creek Mine is a well–established open cut coal operation known for strong safety, productivity, and quality on‑site facilities.

What You Will Be Doing

Operating large machinery in an open cut coal environment

Conducting pre-start checks and basic machine care

Working safely in accordance with site procedures and standards

Contributing to production targets within a team environment

What You Will Need

Current Standard 11 or willingness to obtain

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

Driver’s licence and reliable transport to Mackay BIBO point
