Crawford is seeking a proactive skilled to support its Large Loss program in an on-site capacity within Australia. You will coordinate workflows, monitor KPIs, prepare insightful reporting and conduct file reviews to identify improvement opportunities.

This role involves stakeholder engagement with adjusters, leaders and clients across a 12-month fixed-term assignment. You will bring experience in insurance or claims operations, strong communication, and a continuous improvement mindset.
