The Service Delivery Officer will back Team Leaders and Support Worker teams, helping deliver high‑quality services with compassion and collaboration.

Responsibilities include staff recruitment and onboarding, rostering, data collection, budgeting, risk practices, and reporting to the Operations Manager.
