The Valuable Guys in Australia is seeking a store leader to drive a positive, sales-focused culture and deliver profitable growth. You will lead a sales team, build relationships with stakeholders and uphold the JB Hi-Fi Group standards across the store.

You will coach and develop talent, manage labour and inventory, ensure compliance with consumer laws, and maintain high visual merchandising and customer experience, while leveraging in-house sales processes.
