Agostino Group is seeking a People & Culture Specialist to support our diverse workforce across Head Office, AMPM, Subway and Carl's Jr. This role reports to the People & Culture Manager and involves delivering consistent people practices aligned with business needs and legal obligations.

You will advise managers on employment matters, support performance management, and help maintain HR policies, recruitment processes and training matrices. Solid relationships and integrity are essential.
