Lives Lived Well in Lithgow is seeking an experienced Youth AOD Counsellor & Case Manager to support 12-24 year olds through counselling, case management and community-based services. You’ll help young people build resilience and plan pathways forward within the Dianella Youth Program.

You’ll collaborate with families, schools and partners, deliver outreach across Lithgow, and advocate for positive change in the community. This role is full-time and based in office.
