The role reports to the Workplace Services Manager and involves coordinating vendors, maintaining work orders, and supporting on-site operations in a dynamic commercial setting.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and administrative skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
