SRG Hospitality is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our Sydney kitchens. You will lead the kitchen pass, drive service rhythm, and maintain plating discipline while developing the team.

This role offers full-time permanent employment with a explicit path to leadership, across a growing portfolio of venues. You will manage cost control, allergen discipline, and menu development while upholding HACCP and food safety standards.
