Accor is seeking passionate Restaurant or Café Managers for roles across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. You will lead daily outlet operations, greet guests, oversee reservations, supervise Food and Beverage Attendants, and ensure service standards are met.

The ideal candidate has RSA, a background in 5-star hotel supervision, excellent communication, robust organisational skills, and the ability to manage multi-priority tasks and a flexible roster including weekends.
