Aruma is seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans for people with disabilities. You will work with individuals, families and a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, inclusion and dignity, with adaptable locations on the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

You will travel to Aruma sites every six weeks for face-to-face team meetings at Burleigh, Loganholme and Windsor, delivering person-centred support, training staff,
