Crossing Hurdles is seeking a medical records reviewer to support AI training initiatives. The role focuses on assessing medical records and ensuring the accuracy of clinical information, with emphasis on FHIR data, inpatient notes, and hospital workflows.

The ideal candidate holds an MD or DO board-certified in Family Medicine, has hands-on experience with chart reviews and medical coding/QA, and can clearly communicate findings to the project team to drive data quality improvements.
