Mini Masterminds Brighton Le Sands is seeking a Full time Educational Leader to mentor educators, guide curriculum development, and ensure high-quality learning aligned with the EYLF. This hands-on leadership role works with the Centre Leadership Team to support programming and ongoing improvement.

Applicants must hold an ACECQA-approved qualification and WWCC, with strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS. A supportive workplace and growth opportunities are offered.
