PCA Ground Engineering is seeking a proven Supervisor to lead multiple crews on civil, drilling, piling, and rope access projects across regional NSW and remote sites. You’ll coordinate on-site operations, allocate resources and ensure safe, on-time delivery.

This full time role requires travel away from home, strong leadership, and a practical understanding of safety systems. White Card and a current Australian driver’s licence are mandatory, with a track record of keeping projects on program.
