Dave Benson Caravans seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department and drive workshop performance, customer satisfaction and team success. You will report to senior management and oversee day-to-day operation, ensuring a safe, productive workplace.

This role suits someone with leadership in service, workshop or repair settings, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach with commercial awareness. A current driver’s licence is required.
