Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a commercially minded Merchandise Manager for our Bourke, NSW branch. You will oversee merchandise sales, inventory, pricing, margins and store presentation while leading a high-performing team in a region known for sheep, wool, cattle and broadacre farming.

You will build robust customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities and drive sustainable business growth with a hands-on leadership style and focus on safety and compliance.
