Warwick Hospital in Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide maternity ward coverage on a three-week contract from 19 October to 8 November 2026. Working up to 80 hours per fortnight, the successful candidate will play a key safety role across the maternity floor, with potential redeployment to other areas of the facility as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a busy regional healthcare service.

Preferred Requirements

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA




- Experience working in a maternity or women's health setting
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work safely within a team environment
- Flexibility to work across different areas of the hospital when required
- Sound communication skills and commitment to patient-centred care

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Post-graduate qualification or experience in midwifery or maternal health is advantageous
