The Position
- Engage and support young people aged 12-25 through outreach, individual support and community-basedactivities.
- Build trusting relationships with young people and assist them to identify goals and pathways that enhancetheir wellbeing, education, employment and community participation.
- Deliver youth-focused programs, events and engagement activities that promote connection, resilience andpositive outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary headspace team and external stakeholders to ensure youngpeople receive coordinated and responsive support.
- Advocate for the needs of young people and facilitate access to appropriate services, resources andopportunities.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and culturally responsive workplace that encourages young people toparticipate and thrive.
- Some evening, weekend and after-hours work may be required.
